NICCI has established a work group to explore opportunities for Norwegian companies and to organize a group visiting the Smart Cities India 2016 Expo. Innovation Norway in cooperation with the Royal Norwegian Embassy is organizing a Norwegian pavilion at the ‘Smart Cities India 2016 Expo’ in New Delhi from 11th till 13th May 2016.

-The Government of India has embarked upon its ambitious project of 100 Smart Cities. These Smart Cities will require products and services from all the major industries like power, water, ICT, waste management, health care etc., says Asheesh Agarwal from Innovation Norway in Delhi.
-NICCI members are invited to be a part of the Norwegian pavilion and showcase their expertise in this sector as per conditions given in our Smart Cities India 2016 Info.
-All the major stakeholders from this sector will be participating in this event. There are opportunities for speaking in the seminars which will be held on the sidelines of this exhibition. We can also try to get a dedicated session on the Norwegian competence in this sector if there are interested companies from the Norwegian side.
