Payment

  • Registration is confirmed upon payment of a non-refundable deposit of NOK 3 000.
  • The remaining participation fee must be paid by 1 September 2026.
  • Hotel and transport packages must be confirmed and paid in full by 1 September 2026 and are non-refundable after this date.

Cancellation

  • Cancellations made before 1 September 2026 receive a refund excluding the deposit.
  • No refund on cancellations after 1 September.
  • However, participants may transfer their place to a colleague from the same organization, subject to approval by NICCI.

What is Included

Participation includes:

  • Access to the delegation business program and official networking events
  • Meals and drinks where specified in the program
  • All local transport as part of the program

Unless otherwise specified, the following are not included:

  • Visas
  • International flights
  • Domestic flights
  • Airport transfers
  • Personal expenses
  • Meals not specified in the program

Delegates travelling with Emirates may access special benefits through NICCI.

NICCI reserves the right to adjust the program or cancel the delegation if required. In the event of cancellation by NICCI, participation fees will be refunded. NICCI is not responsible for independent travel costs.
