Indian Business delegation to Oslo 1 June - Invitation to a speed-dating event

The Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO) and the Norwegian Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NICCI) have the pleasure of inviting you to an Indian- Norwegian speed-dating event in Oslo at NHO, Middelthunsgate 27, Meeting Room Gustav Vigeland on Wednesday 1 June from 1030- 1600 on the occasion of a visit by an Indian business delegation consisting of 15 companies interest in expanding their products lines in Norway.

The Indian delegation is headed by Mr. V. R Chitalia, Director at CAPEXIL, the India’s premier International export promotion council, sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry in India. Enclosed is an overview of the companies and profiles of the Indian companies and what they are looking for of Norwegian business contacts, agents, distributors, technology partnership or joint ventures.

The Indian companies are basically in three sectors: a) different types of rubber products, including automotive tyres and tubes  b) processed minerals, refractory, natural stone and c) print and paper products.

Enclosed is also a flyer from Capexil and a presentation of two of the rubber products companies that do not have a web site.

Please register for this event by email to ingebjorg.aas@nho.no  with your name, company/website and the branch/sector you represent as soon as possible and not later than 25th May.  The Indian delegation wants to know which Norwegian companies they will meet in Oslo in advance of the event.

A buffet lunch will be provided, including vegetarian food.

After short welcoming remarks and introductions by NHO,  the NICCI chairman Mr. Lars Børre Hasle, Eksportfinans and Mr. V. R. Chitalia, Director, CAPEXIL, the meeting will be organized in a speed-dating format with different tables for individual meetings/talks.

The event is free of charge.
